Bubba Garcia’s, the much-loved restaurant from St. Simons Island, has just opened a new location in our very own city at 7 East Bay Street, a spot formerly occupied by Tondee’s Tavern. Allan Tullos, one of the partners involved in this expansion, shared that the search for the perfect location began long before the world was turned upside down by the COVID-19 pandemic.
