The EOA’s Workforce Development Coordinator stated that the fair is designed as an opportunity for job seekers to meet with employers who are actively hiring. Previous career fairs organized by the EOA have successfully led to job offers being made on the spot, along with the scheduling of interviews for various positions. This underscores the fair’s reputation as a valuable event for both job seekers and employers in the region.

The event is being put together in collaboration with the Alee Shriners and the Regional Industry Support Enterprise (RISE). Participation from these organizations boosts the fair’s capacity to bring resources and support to the community.
