On April 15, the delightful Sips at the Station event took place at the charming Ardsley Station. This fabulous fundraiser was in support of the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia, and attendees were treated to a selection of delicious hors d’oeuvres while mingling with friends and supporters. Earlier in the month, on April 10, Coastal Care Partners hosted an inspiring fundraiser to support Dr. Pam Gaudry’s upcoming participation in the Dancing Stars of Coastal Georgia. The community came out in full force to groove and cheer on this noble cause, showcasing Savannah’s commitment to supporting local heroes.
Mark your calendars for April 14 when Savannah Technical College held its annual Cosmetology Hair Show Competition. This event was a fantastic showcase of student talent, with vibrant hairstyles and innovative designs stealing the spotlight. #GivingBack was the name of the game on April 11 when Family Promise of the Coastal Empire hosted a poverty simulation for Leadership Southeast Georgia participants. April 10 was also a big day for real estate enthusiasts as EmmaJames at Savannah Harbor celebrated its grand opening, unveiling a luxurious riverfront living experience. April 15 saw the grand opening of Goodwill Southeast Georgia’s new Retail Store & Donation Center at Savannah Crossing.
