Live Oak Public Libraries encompasses branches in Chatham, Effingham, and Liberty County and will provide a range of special programs, prizes, and events as part of the Summer Reading Challenge. Children enrolled in the public school system can take advantage of the Play Card program, which allows them to checkout library materials without incurring fines.
